Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 19, 2017, CommerceHub, Inc. (“CommerceHub”) issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that it will issue its financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2017 after the market close on Wednesday, August 2, 2017. On the same day, CommerceHub will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results at 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, during which its management team will discuss CommerceHub’s financial performance and strategy, and may discuss future opportunities.
This Current Report on Form 8-K and the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 are being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission under Item 7.01 of Form 8-K in satisfaction of the public disclosure requirements of Regulation FD and shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose.
