On July 19, 2017, Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2017. A copy of this press release is being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Item 2.02 – Results of Operations and Financial Condition and Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure of Form 8-K and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
