On July 18, 2017, the Board of Directors of Chemical Financial Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, representing a $0.01 per share increase compared to the $0.27 per share dividend paid in the prior quarter, to be paid on September 15, 2017 to our shareholders of record on September 1, 2017.
