Press Release Regarding Subsidiaries

On July 19, 2017, AmericaTowne, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“AmericaTowne”), along with its subsidiary ATI Modular Technology Corp., a Nevada corporation (“ATI Modular”) released a joint Press Release titled “AmericaTowne and ATI Modular Announce License to Operate in Anhui Province.” The purpose of the Press Release was to announce that the companies’ related entity, Anhui Ao De Xin Modular New Building Material Co., Ltd. (“Anhui Modular”), received its charter and license to operate its business in the Anhui Province, China.

The charter and license allows Anhui Modular to operate the company's international export and modular and smart technology business in China. The charter and license provides AmericaTowne and ATI Modular a presence and base of operations that will help both companies implement the AmericaTowne Concept in China.
