(the "Company"), filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") on June 29, 2015 and (ii) the registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-208375) of the Company, filed with the Commission on December 7, 2015.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Board of Directors of the Company has scheduled the Company's 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") for Thursday, September 14, 2017. Holders of the Company's common stock at the close of business on Tuesday, July 25, 2017, the record date, will be entitled to vote at the Meeting.
