Item 8.01. Other Events.
Effective July 12, 2017, the registrant has changed its corporate name from Turbine Truck Engines, Inc. to Novo Integrated Sciences, Inc. In addition, effective July 12, 2017, the registrant has changed its stock symbol from “TTEG” to “NVOS.”
The registrant issued a press release regarding the name change on July 12, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
