Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 12, 2017, NCP-ATK Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“NCP-ATK Holdings”), reported its results for the third quarter ended May 27, 2017. Third quarter results for NCP-ATK Holdings are discussed in detail in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
