Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 11, 2017, Liberty Media Corporation (the “Company”) announced that its President and Chief Executive Officer, Greg Maffei, will host a conference call to discuss results for the second quarter of 2017 on Wednesday,  August 9th, at 11:00 a.m. (E.D.T.).  Following prepared remarks, the Company will host a brief Q&A session during which management will accept questions regarding both the Company and Liberty Broadband Corporation.  During the call, Mr. Maffei may discuss the financial performance and outlook of both companies, as well as other forward looking matters.

On July 11, 2017, the Company announced that it will webcast a Braves Group Investor Meeting on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, with management remarks beginning at 2:00 p.m. ET.  Speaking at the meeting will be Greg Maffei, Terry McGuirk, Chairman and CEO of the Atlanta Braves and other Atlanta Braves management representation. During these presentations, observations may be made regarding the financial performance and outlook of the Braves Group stock, the new SunTrust Park and Battery Atlanta and the Atlanta Braves team performance.
