Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 7, 2017, The Providence Service Corporation and its subsidiary LogistiCare Solutions, LLC (“LogistiCare”) issued a press release announcing that Jeffrey Felton has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of LogistiCare, effective July 10, 2017. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
