On June 26, 2017, Gino Pereira, the Chief Executive Officer of Nxt-ID, Inc. (the “Company”), presented at the Reach China Investment Conference 2017. The presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On June 26, 2017, the Company also issued a press release announcing Mr. Pereira’s presentation at the Reach China Investment Conference 2017. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
