Other Events
On June 26-27th,
2017, F&M Bank Corp. (the “Company”) participated
in the FIG Partners Community Bank Forum in Nashville. An investor
presentation, which includes information regarding the
Company’s financial results, business strategies and trends
was made available to analysts and investors. A copy of the
presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on
Form 8-K.
F&M
Bank Corp. is the parent company of Farmers & Merchants Bank.
F&M is the only publicly traded Financial Institution based in
Rockingham County Virginia (Harrisonburg MSA).
