On June 29, 2017, BeiGene, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary data from the ongoing Phase 1 clinical trial of its investigational anti-PD-1 antibody BGB-A317 in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (“HCC”), more commonly known as liver cancer, presented at the ESMO 19th World Congress on Gastrointestinal Cancer in Barcelona, Spain.
