Item 5.07.  Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
Roka Bioscience, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on June 28, 2017. At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders voted on the two proposals listed below. The proposals are described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 11, 2017. The final results for the votes regarding each proposal are set forth below. 

1. The stockholders elected the following director nominees as Class III directors to serve a three-year term expiring at the annual meeting of stockholders to be held in 2020 and until their successors have been duly elected and qualified.
