Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On June 28, 2017, Golden Entertainment, Inc. (“Golden” or the “Company”) issued a Press Release announcing that the Illinois Gaming Board has approved the Company’s application for a video gaming terminal (“VGT”) operator license.  This action by the Illinois Gaming Board allows a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden to operate VGTs in liquor licensed establishments, including bars, restaurants, truck stops and certain fraternal and veterans organizations.  A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
