Regulation FD Disclosure

On June 27, 2017, at its 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, Trinity Capital Corporation (the "Company") will give a presentation to its shareholders regarding the Company's business operations and financial condition. Pursuant to Regulation FD, the presentation materials are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. A video honoring the Company's late chairman, Jerry Kindsfather, was also included in the presentation materials, and a script of the video is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2. The presentation materials will be posted on the Company's website on June 27, 2017.
