On June 27, 2017, Flushing Financial Corporation (the “Company”)(Nasdaq-GS: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank, issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference, announcing it will release its second quarter 2017 earnings after the market closes on Tuesday, July 25, 2017. John R. Buran, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Susan K. Cullen, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host the conference call on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 9:30 AM (ET) to discuss the Company’s strategy and results for the second quarter of 2017.
