Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (the “Company”) issued a press release on June 26, 2017 announcing that it has closed on the sale of the 826-space parking garage, which included 10,500 square feet of vacant ground floor space, at Revere Hotel Boston Common (the “parking garage at Revere Hotel Boston Common”). A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Item 8.01. Other Events.

On June 23, 2017, subsidiaries of the Company completed the sale of the parking garage at Revere Hotel Boston Common for $95.0 million. Net proceeds from the sale of the parking garage at Revere Hotel Boston Common will be utilized for general business purposes, which may include reducing the Company’s outstanding debt or repurchasing the Company’s common shares.
