Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 19, 2017, Tribune Media Company (“Tribune”) isussed a press release announcing its expected proceeds as a result of the purchase of CareerBuilder, LLC, in which Tribune holds a 32% ownership interest, by an investor group led by investment funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, and the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board.

A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report
