Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”), dated and filed as of May 31, 2017, with respect to GS Mortgage Securities Trust 2017-GS6. The purpose of this amendment is to file an executed version of the agreement filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the Form 8-K.
