On June 14, 2017, certain members of the management team of Freshpet, Inc. (“Freshpet”) gave a presentation at the 37th Annual William Blair Growth Stock Conference. A copy of the slide deck used by management at the conference is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference, and a transcript of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
