Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K dated April 19, 2017, which was filed on April 21, 2017 and assigned SEC Accession No. 0001539497-17-000595 (the “Subject 8-K”). The purpose of this amendment is to file an executed version of, and make clerical and minor revisions to, the agreement previously filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the Subject 8-K. No other changes are being made to the Subject 8-K.
Accordingly, Exhibit 4.1 of the Subject 8-K, which contained the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of April 1, 2017, among Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Securities, Inc., as depositor, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as master servicer, Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC, as special servicer, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as certificate administrator, Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, and Pentalpha Surveillance LLC, as operating advisor and asset representations reviewer (the “BANK 2017-BNK4 PSA”), is hereby amended and restated in its entirety by the corrected, executed version of the BANK 2017-BNK4 PSA attached hereto as Exhibit 4.1.
