Item 9.01. Financial Statements and Exhibits.
On June 15, 2017, Finisar Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year, ended April 30, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
