Discover Financial Services (“Discover”) previously announced that David Nelms, chairman and chief executive officer of Discover, will present at the William Blair 2017 Growth Stock Conference in Chicago on Thursday, June 15, 2017, at 8:00 a.m. CT.
A link to the listen-only live audio webcast will be posted on the day of the conference to Discover’s Investor Relations website at http://investorrelations.discover.com. A replay will be available for 90 days after the conference at the same website address. The presentation is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
