On June 12, 2017, Rise Gold Corp. issued a press release announcing its preparation for diamond drilling of several exploration targets as identified in the recently completed technical report on the Idaho-Maryland Gold Project. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
