On June 13, 2017, Moleculin Biotech, Inc. issued a press release announcing it was preparing to file an IND with the FDA for WP1220 for treatment of Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
