Explanatory Note
This Current Report on Form 8-K/A (“Amendment No. 2”) amends the Current Reports on Forms 8-K and 8-K/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on May 19, 2016 (the “Initial Filing”) and May 24, 2016 (“Amendment No. 1, and together with the Initial Filing, the “Filings”), respectively, by Benefit Street Partners Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”). In accordance with SEC rules, at the time the Filings were originally made, the Company redacted certain information in the exhibits included in the Filings. This Amendment No. 2 is being filed solely for the purpose of including unredacted versions of these exhibits. This Amendment No. 2 does not amend or revise the other disclosures made by the Company in the Filings.
