Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.
(b) On June 8, 2017, the Company engaged Malone Bailey as its principal accountant to audit the Company’s financial statements. During the Company’s two most recent fiscal years, and any subsequent interim period prior to engaging Malone Bailey, neither the Company nor anyone acting on its behalf consulted with Malone Bailey regarding (i) either the application of any accounting principles to a specific completed or contemplated transaction of the Company, or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered by Malone Bailey on the Company's financial statements; or (ii) any matter that was either the subject of any disagreement with the Company’s former independent auditor, Pritchett, Siler and Hardy, PC, or any reportable event with respect to Pritchett, Siler and Hardy, PC.
