Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 8, 2017, the Company issued a press release reporting the initial drill from testing of four new targets and follow-up drilling on the North Jolly Jane and Cat Hill targets, North Bullfrog Project, Nevada. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
