Brookline Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) has appointed Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions, Inc. (“Broadridge”) as its transfer agent and registrar effective June 9, 2017. All of the Company’s registered shares of common stock have been transferred from American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC (“AST”) to Broadridge. A sample copy of the Company’s letter to its stockholders is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
