On June 7, 2017, Canterbury Park Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.06 per share, payable July 14, 2017, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2017.
