Item 8.01. Other Events.
Determination of net asset value per share for the issuance of shares under the distribution reinvestment plan
As previously disclosed by Carey Credit Income Fund 2016 T (the “Company”), following the termination of its public offering, the price at which shares are issued under its distribution reinvestment plan is equal to its net asset value per share. In connection with the issuance of common shares under its distribution reinvestment plan, on May 31, 2017, the Company determined its net asset value as of May 30, 2017 to be $9.14 per share.
