Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.


On June 2, 2017 Dr. Randolph A. Pohlman resigned from the Board of Directors of Bright Mountain Media, Inc. for personal reasons.  Dr. Pohlman had been a member of the Board of Directors since March 2015 and served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board.  There were no disagreements between our company and Dr. Pohlman on any matter related to our operations, policies or practices.
