On June 1, 2017, Lilis Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the flow rates on the Hippo #1H, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. On June 2, 2017, the Company posted a corporate presentation on its website, http://www.lilisenergy.com. A copy of the presentation materials is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and can be reviewed in the “Investors” section of the Company’s website.
