Effective May 26, 2017, Ken I. McGuire stepped down from his role as President and Chief Operating Officer of Altegris Advisors, L.L.C., the general partner of the Partnership (“General Partner”). Managers of the General Partner now consist of Martin Beaulieu and Matthew C. Osborne.
Pursuant to the requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Partnership has duly caused this report to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned hereunto duly authorized.
