Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On June 1, 2017, Edward D. Yun informed the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Kinsale Capital Group, Inc. (the "Company") that he would resign from the Board, effective June 1, 2017. Mr. Yun was a Class I director. Mr. Yun’s resignation from the Board did not result from a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
