Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On May 30, 2017, representatives of Neuralstem, Inc. (the “Company”) presented slides entitled “The neurogenic antidepressant compound, NSI-189, shows potential as a broad neurotrophic agent” at the 2017 annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Pyschopharmacology in Miami, Florida. A copy of the presentation is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.01. A copy of the presentation is also available on the Company’s website at www.neuralstem.com.
