Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 26, 2017, Vectrus Systems Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vectrus, Inc., received notice of a $212,032,488 contract modification for support of communications equipment and information systems under the purview of the Network Enterprise Technology Command (Army), 160th Signal Brigade and its subordinate units in the Southwest Asia Theater of Operations. Work will be performed in Kuwait, Qatar, Afghanistan, Iraq, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and Jordan, with an estimated completion date of May 31, 2018. The modification represents the exercise by the U.S. Government of an option to extend the Operations, Maintenance and Defense of Army Communications in Southwest Asia and Central Asia (OMDAC-SWACA) contract through May 2018.
