KBR, Inc. (KBR) announced today that Stuart Bradie, President and CEO, and Mark Sopp, Executive Vice President and CFO, will speak at the 2017 KeyBanc Capital Markets' Industrial, Automotive & Transportation Conference on Thursday, June 1, 2017.

The June 2017 investor presentation which will be used for the KeyBanc Capital Market conference is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K and may be found on the investor relations section of the website at http://investors.kbr.com beginning May 31, 2017.

In connection with the conference presentation, KBR reaffirms its earnings guidance for fiscal year 2017 and projects earnings per share to be above the mid-point in the range. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
