Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 24, 2017, the Board of Directors of Trinity Capital Corporation (the "Company") elected James E. Goodwin, Jr., currently a director of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Los Alamos National Bank (the "Bank"), as Chairman of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Goodwin succeeds Jerry P. Kindsfather, who served as Chairman of the Board of the Company from June 2012 until his recent resignation on May 12, 2017. Mr. Goodwin has served as a director of the Company and the Bank since 2013.
