Item 8.01 - Other Events.
On May 24, 2017, SBT Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on June 21, 2017 to shareholders of record on June 9, 2017.
On May 25, 2017, SBT Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release entitled "SBT Bancorp Announces Quarterly Dividend", a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
