On May 22, 2017, PAVmed Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2017 and also providing a business update. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
