On May 25, 2017, Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended April 29, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1, and the information in Exhibit 99.1 is incorporated herein by reference.
