ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Experience Art and Design Inc. “EXAD” is pleased to announce that it I working with Island Stock Transfer to insert EXAD into the DTC electronic settlement system.
EXAD has submitted all paperwork the requested paper work, has retained and retained and paid counsel for a legal opinion, and the paperwork is now in the process of working its way through the system.
Island Stock Transfer has advised the process should complete within approximately 2-3 weeks.
