Par Pacific Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), held its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 16, 2017. The following proposals were submitted to the holders of the Company’s common stock for a vote:

1.    The election of nine nominees to the Board of Directors; and

2.
The ratification of the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017.
