Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 16, 2017, the Registrant issued a press release publicizing its 2016 quarterly segment results according to the new operating segments implemented by the Registrant in the first quarter of 2017. The text of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference in response to this item. The changes in the segment structure affect only the manner in which the results for the segments were previously reported. The revised information does not represent a restatement of previously issued financial statements.
