Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On May 9, 2017, following confirmation of her appointment as Secretary of the Air Force, Dr. Heather Wilson notified Raven Industries, Inc. (the "Company") of her intention to resign from the Company's Board of Directors effective immediately. Dr. Wilson was first appointed to the Company's Board of Directors on February 23, 2016, and was elected to a full term at the May 24, 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
