Section 2 – Financial Information
Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On May 10, 2017, QuickLogic Corporation (“QuickLogic”) issued a press release regarding it’s financial results for the fiscal 2017 first quarter ended April 2, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
