On May 9, 2017, Revance Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call to discuss recent business highlights and financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017. Call participants encountered audio difficulties, preventing the vast majority of participants from hearing the entire call. As such, a copy of the script from the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
