On May
9, 2017, RELM Wireless Corporation (the “Company”)
announced its financial and operating results for the first quarter
ended March 31, 2017 in the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1
to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by
reference.
The
information contained in Item 2.02 to this Current Report on Form
