On May 8, 2017, TPI Composites, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing its unaudited financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2017. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein. The Company also posted a presentation to its website at www.tpicomposites.com under the tab “Investor Relations” providing information regarding its results of operations and financial condition for the three months ended March 31, 2017. The information contained in the presentation is incorporated by reference herein. The presentation is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 to this current report on Form 8-K.
